Terms of Service

RizzUp is operated by Codo Digital Ltd (company number 12307247), 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. By using the site, app flow, or buying photo credits, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

RizzUp lets you upload a photo, receive automated quality guidance, generate a watermarked preview in a selected style, and unlock a final image after using a photo credit.

The service is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. We may update, suspend, or remove features at any time, including styles, previews, saved-credit recovery, or image processing steps.

2. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. You may only upload photos that you own or are authorised to use.

You must not use RizzUp to upload, generate, request, store, or distribute:

• illegal, defamatory, abusive, or fraudulent material;
• photos of another person without their permission;
• sexual content involving minors or any exploitative content;
• content intended to impersonate, deceive, harass, or mislead others;
• material that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the photos you upload and the rights you already hold in them. You grant RizzUp a limited licence to host, process, analyse, transform, and deliver your uploads and generated outputs as needed to operate the service.

You are responsible for ensuring your uploads are lawful, accurate, and suitable for the service.

4. AI-generated outputs

RizzUp is designed to produce realistic, identity-preserving dating profile photos, but outputs are generated automatically and may vary in quality, likeness, style, or suitability. We do not guarantee that any output will meet your expectations, be fit for a particular purpose, or be accepted by any third-party platform.

Watermarked previews are for evaluation only. Final downloadable images are only made available once a credit has been purchased or applied successfully.

5. Credits, checkout, and payments

RizzUp currently sells one-off photo credit bundles. Each final image unlock uses one credit. Prices shown on the site are subject to change before purchase.

Payments are processed by Stripe through Stripe Checkout. We do not store your full card details on our own servers. Successful checkout may create or restore saved credits linked to the email address provided during payment.

Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may only be used within the RizzUp service. We may refuse, reverse, or withhold credits where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, chargeback risk, or breach of these terms.

6. Refunds

If checkout succeeds and credits are correctly added to your saved credits, the purchase is normally treated as delivered digital services. If you believe a payment was taken in error or credits were not applied correctly, contact us and we will review the issue.

Nothing in these terms limits any non-excludable rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

7. Availability and technical limits

Parts of the workflow rely on third-party infrastructure and asynchronous processing, including hosting, storage, payments, email delivery, and rendering. Previews, final images, recovery links, and status updates may be delayed, unavailable, or fail.

We may set technical limits on file types, file sizes, image dimensions, credit use, and request volume.

8. Intellectual property

The RizzUp name, branding, site design, and service materials are owned by or licensed to Codo Digital Ltd. Except for your own content and outputs as permitted by law, you may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or exploit the service or its materials without prior written permission.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RizzUp and Codo Digital Ltd are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from your use of the service, generated outputs, payment flow, or temporary unavailability.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability in connection with a claim will be limited to the amount you paid to RizzUp for the relevant credits giving rise to that claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or stop providing the service to you if you breach these terms, create legal or security risk, or misuse the platform.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will apply from the date it is posted on this page.
